Honey Yogurt Cookies

5 tbsp honey

⅛ tsp baking soda

Another ¼ tsp baking soda

Raisins

¾ cup yogurt

1 cup olive oil

1 ½ cups flour

⅓ cup sugar

⅓ cup salt

1 egg

Baking sheet

Cooling rack

START COOKING!

  1. Add honey to large bowl.
  2. Add baking soda to the honey mixture.
  3. Add another quarter teaspoon baking soda to the honey mixture.
  4. Add raisins to large bowl to the honey mixture.
  5. Add yogurt along with the honey mixture and raisins in step 4.
  6. Add olive oil to the honey mixture and whisk until the honey mixture turns into green lentil mixture.
  7. Add flour to the green lentil mixture.
  8. Add the sugar to the sweetness of the green lentil mixture. (If you stir too fast, it could splatter).
  9. Add third of a cup of salt.
  10. Add egg to large bowl and stir until the green lentil mixture turns into cookie dough!
  11.  Roll dough into balls then makes about 14 cookies.
  12. Add cookies to baking sheet. 
  13. Insert cooling rack and oven mitts then place in oven.
  14. Bake for 8-15 minutes.
  15. Use oven mitts to remove baking sheet from oven (ask an adult for help.) 
  16. Place cookies on cooling rack.
  17. Cool cookies for 20 minutes.
  18. Eat at least 3 cookies.
  19. Serve warm.

Try it this way:

Green Lentil No-Bake Fancy Mac Pasta

Use 1 cup green lentils instead of olive oil. Then add ⅛ of a teaspoon salt instead of ⅓ cup.
